Employment Dates, Vacation Scheduling 10-11 Month Employees
Annually, the beginning and ending dates of employment for all classified 10 and 11-month employees will be included in the district master calendar. Supervisors and Managers will schedule their work force accordingly.
- 10-month employees will take any earned vacation during the winter and/or spring recesses.
- 11-month employees, except Food Service, will take either the full month of July or August off without pay. Food Service will be individually scheduled. Time reports should be marked "11-month employee - taking July (or August) off" in the "remarks" section.
