Culinary Arts

The Culinary Arts Program is a six module (course), 600-hour vocational program. Each culinary module is approximately 100 hours and includes culinary theory instruction as well as culinary food preparation and culinary computer laboratories. This program prepares students for jobs in the industry such as restaurant cooks, chefs and head cooks.
