The HPO-Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and Minority Institutions (MIs) Project Office is a not-for-profit organization established in 1995 to fill the gap as the principle liaison between HBCU/MIs, Government, and Prime Contractors. The HPO’s primary goal is to develop and/or prepare a cadre of talented students from HBCUs/MIs for their working careers.
