Resources at our colleges aim to assist students as the prepare to move on to a four-year university. Here are a list of events at all of our college campuses to support students who are aiming to transfer.

Oct. 23

Noon to 2 p.m., Room M-101
Paying for College - Learn the basics on how to apply for financial aid, scholarships and education loans at the university level.

Oct. 31
Noon to 2 p.m., Room M-101
Work it Wednesday - Halloween: Don't be scared of networking. Meet and greet other students as we talk about the benefits of that scary thing the professionals call networking.

Nov. 6
Noon to 2 p.m., Room M-101
UC Transfer Kickoff - Learn more about the general UC application including personal statements, sending transcripts, and how it relates to the UC TAG application.

Nov. 7
Noon to 2 p.m., Room M-101
Work it Wednesday - Finding your passion, making a career. Join a human resource manager from Goodwill Industries as they go over finding ways to make our passions and hobbies work for us.

Nov. 8
4 to 8 p.m., Room M-101
Need help transferring? Attend the Application Assistance Lab. Bring your unofficial transcripts (from e-grades in Reg-e). 619-388-3722.

Nov. 16
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Curran Plaza 
UC San Diego Super Visit  - Representatives will discuss admissions, financial aid, and the many programs offered at UCSD.

Oct. 22
10 to 11 a.m., Transfer Center, Room I4-306 (3rd floor of I-400 building). 
CSU/ADT Workshop - Learn about transfer pathways to the California State University system, including the Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) programs. This workshop will not cover the CSU admission application.

Oct. 25
11 a.m. to noon, Transfer Center, Room I4-306
UC San Diego Workshop - This workshop will cover UCSD transfer requirements led by a Transfer Counselor. This workshop will not cover the UC admission application.

Nov. 6

3 to 6 p.m. - Student Services Building
University representatives from various colleges and universities will be on campus to answer questions about admission, financial aid, scholarships, and programs. Visit the Transfer Night page for a list of attending universities.

Dec. 3
3 to 4 p.m., Transfer Center, Room I4-306
San Diego State University Workshop - This workshop will cover SDSU transfer requirements led by a Transfer Counselor. This workshop will not cover the CSU admission application.

Dec. 5
10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in front of Mesa Commons
University representatives from various colleges and universities will be on campus to answer questions about admission, financial aid, scholarships, and programs.

Covers the basics of filling out the CSU application ans answers questions regarding the application and admissions process. Go here for a full list of dates and times.
