It’s too hot/cold, who do I call? Can you fix it immediately?
Contact the Call Center and admin will establish priority according to the agreed upon service level agreement and immediately initiate work request for the HVAC shop.
I need my classroom door opened, who do I call? Will someone come to open my door quickly so I can meet my class?
Facilities Services will open doors for the first 2 weeks of classes only. This will allow time for instructors to have their keys issued. You may contact the Call Center only during the first 2 weeks of each semester. Be sure to be at the classroom when you make the call. You may not call ahead. After the first 2 weeks you must contact your Dean.
There is graffiti on the building/fence/door/in bathroom where should I report this? How soon will it be done?
Contact the Call Center and a painter will be dispatched.
I have insects or pests in my classroom/office what can I do?
Contact the Call Center and a work request will be initiated.
Water is leaking from the ceiling, who do I call?
Contact the Call Center with as much detail as you have about the leak. The Call Center will have site personnel contain the water in cans/barrels. If the problem is determined to be a roof leak, be aware that the roof cannot be repaired until the area is DRY.
My office/ room has dingy/dirty walls and needs to be painted, who do I call? Can I paint it?
Contact the Call Center and a work request will be initiated or they will help you determine if this is a site improvement project. If it is a site improvement project, you will need to contact your campus Vice President of Administrative Services as this would be a campus cost.
You are not permitted to paint SDCCD offices or classrooms as this is a function of the SDCCD Facilities Services department.
How do I identify Facilities employees on campus?
Facilities Services personnel wear shirts/jackets with the Facilities Services logo.
Who do I call if my lights aren’t working?
Contact the Call Center and a work order will be initiated.
Who do I call when there is water on the floor?
