Project Progress Update
This project is an approximately 1,030 SF tenant improvement of the existing Student Career Center (RM 301) in Building A at San Diego City College.
Upcoming Milestones:
- Bid award and board approval: September 11, 2025
- Preconstruction kickoff meeting: October 23, 2025
- Construction kickoff: December 22, 2025
- Project closeout phase: Punch walk with architect was scheduled on January 22, 2026
Project Description
- Approximately 1,030 SF tenant improvement to the existing Student Career Center (RM 301) in Building A at San Diego City College
- Removal of existing non-loadbearing interior partition walls, doors, and suspended ceiling grid
- Installation of new non-loadbearing partition walls, interior storefront, and new suspended ceiling grid
- Minor modifications to existing MEP systems, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler systems to accommodate the reconfigured spaces
