Project Progress Update
Active Construction continues at the Theatre. Terrazzo installation in the South Wing has been completed. Structural steel and metal deck installation activities remain ongoing. Terrazzo installation in the East Wing is scheduled to begin in early July. Roof repair work will commence in July. Insulation and drywall installation activities have begun in select areas and will continue as construction progresses.

Project Features
The San Diego College of Continuing Education Educational Cultural Complex Theatre Renovation Project includes:
- Interior renovation of an existing theatre, lobby, office suites, and associated support spaces
- New technical level and fly tower
- New addition for the theatre back of house programs
- New exterior trellis and entry signage
- New landscaping and walkways surrounding the theatre
- New fire lane and associated utilities
