- Contract Execution: Issued to USA Shade in early June 2025
- Construction Completion: August 22, 2025 (prior to start of Fall Semester)
- Closeout: Documentation being collected and compiled for turnover to Campus/District Facilities in Fall 2025
Project Description
The project scope includes the supply and installation of a Full Hip Cantilever Shade Structure at Mesa College Parking Lot 2. The structure will be supported by 3 steel columns and covered by 2 fabric canopies to span 5 parking spots. All steel components will be hot-dip galvanized, primed with a Coastal Primer, and finished with a powder coat. Cables and hardware will be provided with a galvanized finish for durability.
