IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  If you are awarded financial aid, please be advised that for the Fall 2018 semester all disbursements will be processed in a form of a paper check mailed to you via U.S. postal mail.

It is important that you verify your current mailing address by logging into the student records system, Reg-e at: https://studentweb.sdccd.edu/reg-e/.

Coming soon! Direct Deposit will be made available for Spring 2019 semester.

All Aid Award information is based on the assumption that you will be enrolled full-time (12 or more units) per semester. You do not need to be enrolled full-time to receive Financial Aid but if you enroll in less than 12 units, your actual award will be reduced or canceled depending on the program requirements. Your Pell Grant payment will not be adjusted if your enrollment level changes after the census date. However, you must enroll only in courses that apply to your academic plan to maintain your aid, and you must be enrolled in all your classes including short term classes by the semester census date in order for the Pell Grant to pay for those classes.

Please note: If you have been offered Federal Work Study Funds (FWS), you must contact our office immediately to complete the employment packet and for job placement. Failure to respond may jeopardize losing the FWS award. Please check our website for deadlines pertaining to FWS.

Go to your Student Portal http://my.sdccd.edu to view your financial aid information. You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader program to view and print the forms.

If the above award does not meet your needs, other resources may be available. Please visit our website for more information.

If you want to decline an award, please visit your student portal > Accept Decline Awards and indicate the declined awards then hit the Submit button.
