Bond Facts & Taxpayer Information

Measure HH is a $3.5 billion general obligation bond approved by San Diego voters in November 2024. It will be used to fund upgrades, repairs, and renovations to classrooms and facilities throughout the San Diego Community College District. The bond will support new construction, facility modernization, sustainability improvements, safety upgrades, and campus infrastructure enhancements.
