Project Progress Update
The DSC warehouse has experienced significant roof leaks for over ten years, this project aims to repair the existing DSC South roof.
Upcoming Milestones:
- Mandatory pre-job walk conferences: October 31, 2025 & November 7, 2025
- Board meeting: November 18, 2025.
- Construction Kickoff: January 21, 2025.
- Construction completion: March 5, 2026.
- Preman Roofing scheduled to begin work February 4, 2026.
Project Description
- All roof bubbles, cracks, and damaged areas will be repaired using the specified coating materials.
- Seams around rooftop units and wall panels will be reinforced with tape and coated with Cool-Sil HB White over the entire roof surface.
- Damaged duct and plenum materials will be removed; seams will then be taped and sealed using the same coating system.
- Rusted metal around exhaust fans will be treated with primer and coated with Cool-Sil HB White.
- Three new sump pumps will be installed at roof corners, including all required trade work and associated costs.
- Prior to coating, the entire roof will be pressure-washed using high-powered equipment and Simple Green.
