Project Progress Update
The design team has started the Design Development phase to finalize structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and material specifications. This critical phase transitions conceptual spaces into coordinated, high-performance athletic environments tailored to the college’s long-term training and competition needs.

Project Description
- Replacement of outdated athletic, exercise science, and dance facilities with approximately 115,000 ASF of new construction and modernized infrastructure
- New four-court gym, athletic training areas, study spaces, locker and team rooms, equipment storage, and administrative offices
- Expanded Aquatics Center supporting lifeguard and water safety training, replacing a 50-year-old pool
- New Throw Park/practice field, and improved pedestrian connections across campus
- Renovation of stadium seating and press box
- Track and Field resurfacing
- Relocated restroom & concessions building
- New site utilities, landscaping, accessible pathways and parking, curb and gutter improvements, and signage
- Alignment with the college’s Master Plan to improve equity, connectivity, and community access
