In recognition of Constitution Day, on Friday Sept. 16 San Diego Community College District will hold events at college campuses and at Continuing Education from Sept. 14-23.  

Here's a schedule of events: 

City College

Sept. 16-23
A Constitution Exhibit will be on display during Constitution Week in the Learning Resource Center. 

Sept. 16, 10 a.m. to noon
Head to the Gorton Quad to pick up your own FREE copy of the Constitution and register to vote.

Sept. 19-23
Remembering our Fallen exhibit will be on display the Learning Resource Center.

Sept. 19-23
Answer Constitution trivia questions for prizes in Room M-200. Sponsored by the office of Student Affairs.

Sept. 21, 11:10 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.
Join us for Constitutional Jeopardy with Dr. Sofia Laurein in Rom MS-162.

Sept. 22, 12:50 to 2:10 p.m.
Discuss Latino Media and Politics with Dr. Xavier Medina Vidal, Professor at the University of Arkansas in Room MS-162.

Mesa College

Sept. 14-16
Take the Constitution quiz in the Bookstore (Mesa Commons) and you could win a prize.

Redistricting and the Constitution: A case with far-reaching implications
See students from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Moot Court Team simulate court proceedings and outline anticipated arguments for the upcoming US Supreme Court case Bethune-Hill v.
