Remember: Open Enrollment is your opportunity to: Change health care plans, add eligible dependents to your plan, change your beneficiary, and enroll or re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Account (Medical an Enroll in a Flexible Medical and/or Dependent Spending Account! A Flexible Spending Account allows you to pay for certain non-covered medical expenses (such as doctor’s office co-pays and prescription drugs) and Dependent Care expenses with your pre-tax income. Because this benefit uses pre-tax dollars, a Flexible Spending Account is a great way for you to save money on your healthcare and/or Dependent Care costs, as well as increase your take home pay!
