Chancellor's Message: 2018 Board of Trustees Election

April 3, 2018 | Constance M. Carroll, Chancellor of the San Diego Community College District

Dear Colleagues and Friends:

As you know, the citizens of San Diego elect the five members of our Board of Trustees, on a staggered basis, in even-numbered years during primary and general elections. The primary elections are limited to specific trustee areas (districts). For each seat, the two individuals who receive the most votes in the primary election then go on to stand in the general election, which is citywide. The June 2018 primary election will include the following individuals, listed by trustee district, in alphabetical order, and with the title listed by the San Diego County Registrar of Voters.
