Black student achievement success forum
Voice and Viewpoint will host a forum in collaboration with Black Men & Black Women United on black student achievement and success at 8 a.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2019.
San Diego City College President Ricky Shabazz will be a special guest at the forum and will discuss the mission and goals necessary to actively and effectively support black student success and prepare them to transition into a four year university. Dr. Shabazz will also discuss the San Diego Promise program that guarantees two years of free tuition for first-time, full-time students at San Diego City, Mesa and Miramar colleges.
All are welcome at this open forum.
