Colleges celebrate convocation

San Diego City, Mesa and Miramar colleges will welcome back faculty and staff for the fall semester with their annual convocation events at each campus starting at 8 a.m. Thursday, August 15, 2019.
San Diego Community College District Chancellor Constance M. Carroll, along with trustees and other district officials will visit each campus between 8 a.m. and noon to speak at each event. Convocation for San Diego Continuing Education will be held from 8 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, August 28 at the Educational Cultural Complex. Classes for the fall semester start August 19 at the colleges and September 3 at Continuing Education.
