Dreamers Workshop: Self Medicating
The Student Health Center at San Diego City College will host a workshop open to all Dreamers from 10 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 in Room AH-200 A.
The workshop will be a combination of psychoeducation on different mental health topics with coping skills development, mindfulness, and community building. Pizza and refreshments will be provided. Contact Yaneth with any questions or to request accommodations.
