Solar eclipse viewing party at City College

The San Diego City College Astronomy Department hosted a partial eclipse viewing party outside the Science building on Monday, August 21, the first day of fall classes. Specially filtered telescopes and glasses were provided so everyone interested could view the celestial spectacle safely.
