Celebrating the San Diego Promise

Two years ago the San Diego Community College District launched the San Diego Promise pilot program, which offered free college to nearly 200 students. Now many of those students prepare to move on to new endeavors. On Monday, April 30, 2018 we celebrated all that they've accomplished.
