The San Diego City College Special FX Makeup Program hosted a workshop for the Simulation Training Center from UC San Diego School of Medicine. City College Special FX Makeup Instructor Andrea Singer hosted medical professionals in her classroom at City College, teaching them how to create realistic wounds with the intent of improving care through simulation training. Andrea and some of her most experienced students demonstrated how to cast, mold, apply and paint a variety of injuries for scrapes, cuts and serious burns.
