Senior Classification Technician
The 2023 Window-Period (Position Reclassification and Range Reallocation Review) process is for contract, non-faculty and non-POA employees who are planning to submit a request for position and classification review. The District Office Human Resources Department will be accepting requests for review from January 1st through February 28th, 2023.
The first deadline of the 2023 Window-Period process is the last working day in January. Employees requesting a review must notify their immediate supervisor/manager no later than the last working day in January to allow for supervisory/management review.
All request/paperwork for the 2023 Window-Period process must be submitted to the District Office Human Resources by 5:00 p.m. on February 28, 2023. Employees’ submissions must be complete with all appropriate documentation and signatures.
Window Period interviews will be conducted on the following schedule:
AFT – Classified Professionals (Office Technical, Maintenance & Operations, & Food Service) - April 3rd – 7th
Management, SPAA, & Confidential Employees – April 10th – 14th
