Onboarding Appointments will be scheduled after Pre-Employment Physical Results, LiveScan Clearance, and all new hire paperwork is received by the Employment Office.
Failure to do so can result in a later start date.
- Request for Live Scan Service. Please complete the form and take it to the Live Scan Unit at our College Police Department, located at 1536 Frazee Road, San Diego, CA 92108. Please call 619-388-6416 to schedule an appointment. Please include the following items on the Live Scan form:
- Job Title
- Campus (City, Mesa, Miramar, College of Cont Ed, District Office)
- Department (Name of person completing your Onboarding)
- Tuberculosis Assessment (with paid medical coverage)
- Tuberculosis Assessment (without paid medical coverage)
- Official Transcripts (required within the first 120 calendar days of employment). Please request that they be sent to: People, Culture, and Technology Services, Attn: Employment Office, SDCCD, 3375 Camino del Rio South, Suite 330, San Diego, CA 92108 or they can be emailed from the college/university to newhire@sdccd.edu.
- Verification of Previous Work Employment Please request that they be sent to: People, Culture, and Technology Services, Attn: Employment Office, SDCCD, 3375 Camino del Rio South, Suite 330, San Diego, CA 92108 or they can be emailed from the college/university to newhire@sdccd.edu.
- Original, unaltered identification documents to complete your I-9
- Transfer of Accumulated Full-Salary Sick Leave
