Family Medical Leave Act

The San Diego Community College District provides leave for qualified employees in accordance with state and federal leave laws. Employee planning for a family leave or pregnancy leave should contact Human Resources Benefits Office. Employees not eligible for FMLA or CFRA will be granted leaves in accordance with any other legal requirement governing the specific type of leave, in accordance with the District's established leave policies and practices.
