Faculty Leadership Development Academy - Spring 2026

The Faculty Leadership Development Academy, which includes the component of the Faculty Training Intensive (FTI) is offered to all faculty who have a professional goal to accept a leadership role among SDCCD faculty or to seek a management or supervisory leadership position.
Curriculum introduces organizational management skills, enhanced leadership development training, multiple resources, and detailed insight to leadership within SDCCD. Additional training is available in the form of elective topic workshops, coaches/mentors, experiential assignments, peer-networking, and recommended reading.
