The Handbook of California Articulation Policies and Procedures has been written to assist articulation officers (AOs) and all others involved in the articulation process. It is a comprehensive resource of articulation policies and practices for California’s postsecondary educational institutions. The document establishes common language (e.g., ASSIST, OSCAR, and IGETC); provides definitions of terms (e.g., "articulation"), explains some of the relevant system-wide policies (e.g., Executive Orders); and offers you very practical advice and suggestions.
