Inventory, Acquisition, and Distribution

The Receiving & Inventory Department is responsible for many functions, which includes but not limited to:
- Receiving & Distribution
- Asset Management & Inventory Control
- Records Retention
- Surplus Property & Disposal
All computers, printers and various materials are received, processed, and distributed throughout the district by this staff. The department maintains the inventory records for all asset equipment in the possession of the district. All records permanently and temporarily stored for the district are maintained within the department. All surplus property is processed through the receiving and inventory department to be auctioned for the district.
