Logging into mySDCCD
As part of the districtwide upgrade to Campus Solutions and increasing need for enhanced security, all SDCCD employees (faculty, staff, managers) will be required to use their Employee Identification number, or User ID, to login to PeopleSoft.
On Monday, July 2nd, faculty will be required to go through a process to enroll and change their password to login to mySDCCD.
What does this mean for faculty?
During the transition to mySDCCD, faculty will continue to use their faculty ID (7 digits) to login to Faculty Web Services and CE Faculty Web Services for all classroom related activities for Fall 2018 such as attendance rosters, census and grade rosters, and faculty forms. Faculty will continue to use Faculty Web Services and CE Faculty Web Services through Fall 2018.
If you wish to conduct employee related transactions such as viewing your pay stub, submitting travel authorizations or approving budgets, you will be using your 10-digit User ID when logging into mySDCCD.
Starting in October, faculty will be using mySDCCD to view or accept faculty assignments for Spring 2019 classes, and will begin using mySDCCD to manage their Spring 2019 classes mid-November.
Please note than your login credentials to mySDCCD will be different from your SDCCD network ID. Faculty will continue to use their SDCCD network ID (e.g. jsmith) to access SDCCD computers and your @sdccd email account.
