San Diego Promise free tuition program deadline is August 15! Students in the program can attend San Diego City, Mesa, or Miramar college with no tuition costs in Fall 2022. The program provides pathways for foster youth, Veterans of U.S. Armed Forces, formerly incarcerated, undocumented students, and adult learners transitioning to college from the San Diego College of Continuing Education.
