Printing Guidelines
Before submitting your Request for Printing or Duplicating, please review the following guidelines to ensure proper output.

*All files should be submitted as a high-resolution press-quality PDF.
printing
PDF files: 1-up actual size with bleeds and crop marks, if necessary. 1-up is a way of supplying artwork where each printing page is separate within the file.
InDesign files: Native InDesign files, including linked graphics, fonts, and press-quality PDF.
Images: Minimum 300 dpi (dots per inch) or higher for digital printing, using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, & Black) color mode. Images from the Internet are low resolution (72 dpi) and will print pixelated.
Variable Data Printing: Microsoft Excel file with data in each appropriate row and column.
Booklet Printing: Create PDF file in facing-page order. Our imposition software will create the booklet. Include 1/8" bleeds and crop marks, if necessary
Bleeds: If color touches the edge of the document, the image area should extend 1/8" to allow for cutting. Please include crop marks 1/8" off the artwork.
