San Diego City, Mesa and Miramar College and College of Continuing Education are committed to creating a safe, supportive learning and working environment for all members of the campus community. Campus safety is our top priority, and we take all reports of misconduct seriously to protect everyone's health and well-being.

The colleges depends on community members to identify and report behaviors of concern so that the colleges can provide distressed students and employees with appropriate support services and resources. We are all responsible for campus safety. If you see something, say and do something about it—report any concerning behavior or suspicious activity using the forms below.

Just Report It

Harassment, Discrimination or Retaliation Based on Protected Class

Unlawful harassment and discrimination are behaviors based on someone's affiliation with a protected class (race, religion, gender, etc.) that is so pervasive, persistent, or severe that it would prevent a reasonable person from taking advantage of the educational or employment opportunities SDCCD has to offer.

Gender-Based or Sexual Misconduct

Sexual Misconduct includes gender-based discrimination, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking behaviors.

Disability Discrimination

Please use this form to report any ADA/504 barriers you encounter at any of the SDCCD colleges. Once you submit this form, the ADA/504 Coordinator will investigate and respond in writing within 10 business days of submission of the complaint. We do our best to address these in a timely fashion unless it is something that requires further action and/or expense.

File a Complaint about your Class

The purpose of filing an academic complaint is to give students a fair review and an opportunity to be heard.  Students must try and resolve the issue informally with the instructor before filing a complaint.
