General System Questions or Errors

For any questions or issues related to accessing the PeopleSoft HCM application, submit an Incident Ticket via Service Desk for assistance.

Obtaining PeopleSoft HCM Application Access for System Users

Access for most system users is established by position and is applied automatically when an employee begins or ends an assignment in a specific position. For new or updates to current access, complete an HCM User Request form, and attach it to a General Service Request via Service Desk.
