San Diego College of Continuing Education offers tuition-free, adult education. Students can earn a high-school diploma or GED equivalency, citizenship, learn English, earn certificates in technical careers, and take classes through its Emeritus Program.

Through concurrent enrollment, San Diego City, Mesa and Miramar Colleges and the College of Continuing Education offer eligible high school students the opportunity to earn college credit that can be applied toward an associate degree, certificates, and/or transfer requirements to a four-year college/university.
