Enrollment Management
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research (OIER) supports districtwide enrollment management with a variety of dashboards and reports. The dashboards linked below provide the most up-to-date information about current and historical enrollment at the Credit Colleges and the College of Continuing Education.
For end-of-term enrollment reports, see the Chancellor's Enrollment Update.
For information about the number of Full Time Equivalent Students (FTES) reported to the Chancellor's Office for apportionment, see the Apportionment Attendance Reports. Note that this data is based on fiscal rather than academic year and includes a number of other criteria not generally applied to operational reporting.

Apportionment Attendance Reports
Access prior Apportionment Attendance Reports for SDCCD using the links below.
Apportionment Attendance Reports, also referred to as the State Report or the 320, account for the number of full time equivalent students (FTES) served by SDCCD in a fiscal year. These reports are used by the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office (CCCCO) to allocate funding for the instructional hours provided by the district.
Apportionment Attendance Reports are submitted four times each fiscal year.
- The 1st Period Report includes actual attendance data from the beginning of the fiscal year through roughly the end of December.
- The 2nd Period Report includes actual attendance data from the beginning of the fiscal year through the middle of April.
- The Final State Report includes actual attendance data for the full fiscal year; this data may be subject to reconcilliation and correction.
- The Final State Recalc report includes actual, finalized, corrected attendance data for the full fiscal year.
See Facts on File under Institutional Data and Reports for additional trend analysis of Apportionment Attendance Report data.
