Enrollment Management

On this page:

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research (OIER) supports districtwide enrollment management with a variety of dashboards and reports. The dashboards linked below provide the most up-to-date information about current and historical enrollment at the Credit Colleges and the College of Continuing Education.

For end-of-term enrollment reports, see the Chancellor's Enrollment Update tab.

For information about the number of Full Time Equivalent Students (FTES) reported to the Chancellor's Office for apportionment, see the Apportionment Attendance Reports tab. Note that this data is based on fiscal rather than academic year and includes a number of other criteria not generally applied to operational reporting.
