City Village: Affordable Student Housing
At San Diego City College, that transformation begins with an exciting new affordable student housing community—the first of its kind for the District and a major step toward addressing student housing insecurity.
Mesa College: Sports & Kinesiology Sciences
The Sports & Kinesiology Sciences project will replace outdated and inefficient athletic, exercise science, and dance facilities with approximately 70,000 ASF of new construction and modernized infrastructure to meet current and future program needs.
Miramar College: Performing Arts Center & English Gallery Bldg.
The Performing Arts Center and English & Gallery project will add approximately 64,000 ASF of new construction, including site preparation, utilities, and extensive exterior improvements such as landscaping, accessible pathways, and signage.
College of Continuing Education: ECC Historical Theatre Renovation
Interior renovation of an existing theatre, lobby, office suites, and associated support spaces. Renovation is two levels: a technical level and a fly tower. A new addition for the theatre back-of-house program and new exterior trellis!
